The Qingming (sometimes spelt Ching Ming) Festival is a very special time in Han Chinese culture. It's a time to come together with family and remember our ancestors.

To honour the Ching Ming Festival tradition, we'll be serving our special Sweet Green Rice Dumplings from now until the 4th of April.

This traditional green dumpling (qingtuan), made of glutinous rice and barley grass and filled with sweet red bean paste or other fillings, is the perfect way to honor and remember your ancestors on this special day.
