Questions and answers
Do I need to book a birthday party package in advance?
Yes, to avoid disappointment, pre-booking is required. Our karaoke party rooms, private dining areas, and party hosts have limited availability.
When can I book my child's birthday party?
Birthday parties can be booked any day between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The last session starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM.
What time should I arrive for my event?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for setup and organisation.
What is included in the food and drink package?
Each children’s meal includes:
1 spring roll
1 pork pot-sticker dumpling
2 steamed dumplings
Popcorn chicken
Drink options include soft drinks, mineral water, and juice. While we offer a set menu, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements upon request.
How many guests are required for a birthday karaoke party?
A minimum of 10 guests is required for all birthday packages.
Can parents stay while the kids enjoy the party?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay and have fun, too. We can arrange a karaoke room or dining area for parents, with a set food and drink package available at an additional cost. Please call our team at 03 9650 8887 or 03 9938 8888 for more details.
Can I pay after the event?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the final payment due four business days before the event.
What if the available packages don’t suit my needs?

Can I get a refund for no-shows?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for no-shows. However, we can provide free karaoke passes for a future visit!
Can I postpone my event?
Yes! We require at least seven business days' notice to reschedule your event.

Do you offer birthday cakes for order?
Yes! Instead of a traditional cake, we offer a special ice cream tower topped with bubble tea pearls, perfect for the birthday child to pour over—it's a fun and interactive treat! Since bubble tea-inspired desserts are trending, this makes for a unique and exciting alternative.
However, if you prefer a traditional cake, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
