Lunar New Year traditions mark a time to gather at the table and send wishes for a prosperous and happy year to come.

The menu features a collection of dishes typically eaten during Lunar New Year for their symbolic meaning.   

Start with our signature Steamed Xiao Long Bao, Shanghai Soup Dumplings 小籠包. 
Followed by Steamed Free Range Chicken serves with Spring Onion Oil 蔥油走地雞;
Spicy Crab and Chinese Rice Cake Stir-fry 香辣螃蟹炒年糕;
Steamed Whole Barramundi 清蒸盲鰽;
Claypot braised beef brisket 牛腩煲 ;
Wok Fried Tofu with Salted Egg Yolk 金沙豆腐;
Seasonal Asian Greens 季節時蔬 ;
Yangzhou Fried Rice 楊州炒飯. 
Finish with Sweet Black Sesame Sticky Rice Ball 黑芝麻煎堆.
