New Shanghai offers a variety of authentic Chinese cuisine from the Shanghai region. From signature Xiao Long Bao, Pan Fried Pork Buns, handmade dumplings, dim sum and delicious Shanghai braised pork belly, Kung Pao Chicken, Stir-fried Noodles to classic Chinese stir-fries.
New Shanghai chefs use the freshest quality ingredients to recreate traditional Shanghainese recipes passed down from generation to generation.
HOW LONG WILL MY MEALS LAST IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER?
If not eaten immediately your meals must be refrigerated at 4C and cooked within three days.
Meals can be frozen for up to three months, and when thawed in the refrigerator at 4C must be cooked/reheated to 70C and consumed within 24 hours.
DO MEALS COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, we will help you every step of the way and bring out your inner chef! Follow the instructions on the label of each item. All cooking instructions are included on the items listed on New Shanghai At Home page on our website.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGENS?
While ingredients and allergens are listed for each meal, we cannot guarantee that meals do not contain allergens, as meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that processes fish, milk, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites.
